OR EVEN SOME PROBLEMS.
PLEASE MAKE IT A THROUGHLY THOUGHT AND
RESPONSIBLE DECISION.
My husband used
to share family life with almost 40 dogs
in their property near tokio.
I never was allowed
a dog even when it was what I wished more.
I was already at the University when I
got my first dog, a frech
poodle named Terence who was my best friend
for many years.
From then on there always was a four
legs friend in my life. Many years later,
already married and with my second
frech poodle Sandy I had an encounter
that was to change our lives forever after.
Going for lunch at a restaurant near
my work, I saw an enormous skinny
dog laying down close to the entrance
door. He would get up anxiously
everytime somebody came near that door
lo sadly lay down again when the subject
was not the expected one. I asked about
the dog and a waiter there told me that
he had been abandoned there and that the
pound truck would come to pick him up.
It was all too much for me
so I took the dog into my car
and drove to the veterinary on the way
home. The doctor told me that he was a
GREAT DANE AGED ABOUT 5 IN MERLE
COLOUR.
The doctor found out that he was
very ill, no way back,THIS
IS WHY HE HAS BEEN ABANDONED
said the doctor MY GOD!!! HOW
CRUEL!!!
I took the dog home with us after
making sure that his illness would not
mean a danger to our little french poodle.
We order some medicines from France and
started our life with a dane.
Butch, this is how we called
him, was a fantastic friend and
we fell in love with him, his tenderness
his sweetness we will never forget. So
one year after when he left us, we had
to have a dane. We were hooked, totally
hooked!!!.
This is how our danes passion started
We had three danes in our city
apartment. But when years after
we had our first litter and decided to
keep every puppy with us we had to move
to a bigger house in the country. We
kept all the puppies born in our first
three litters.
Now our life has changed a lot, our
house with 20 danes around is
a real chaos, but we enjoy every
minute with them. Our son has grown up,
and after sharing everything with the
danes all the time, has become a real
expert, and following the family traditiion
he also loves and respects danes -and
of course any dog- as full rights members
of the family.
